Orders & sizing
Our lasts run true to size with a comfortably snug heel. If you are between sizes, take the half size down — full-grain leather eases about a quarter size with wear. Loafers fit slightly closer than lace-ups by design.
Orders leave our Chicago workshop in 1–2 business days with tracked delivery. US delivery lands in 3–5 business days; international orders take 7–12 business days depending on customs.
If your shoes aren’t perfect, return unworn pairs within 30 days for a full refund — return shipping is on us. Worn test pairs are assessed case by case at the repair counter.
Delivery notice
We ship across the United States and to more than forty countries. Duties for international orders are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
Every order confirmation email carries a tracking link, and our Buyer Protection covers your purchase from click to delivery. If a parcel stalls for more than ten days, write to us and we make it right.
Care & recrafting
